In a few moments, you will receive an email from [email protected].
From my experience, some receivers didn’t find my email because it went to Spam or other folders such as Updates or Promotions (especially Gmail users).
So that you don’t miss useful articles that I send by email, what you, a Gmail user, have to do is to ensure [email protected] goes into the Primary folder or the main part of your inbox. Here are the steps.
1. Find email on behalf of Hasbi from KIRIM.EMAIL by sender email is [email protected].
For Gmail users, the first email from me usually goes to the Updates or Promotions folder.
2. Click the email and move it to the Primary folder.
To do this you can drag & drop the email to the Primary folder.
What if emails go into the spam folder?
If you find my email is in the Spam, all you need to do is click a “Report not Spam” button. It also applies to other email services such as Yahoo, Outlook, and others.
Then if you use Microsoft as your email address, follow these steps.
#1 Create Email White List Pages with Microsoft Host
You can create a special white list page whose content directs you as a safe email sender. How? You can ask them to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open a Microsoft email application.
Step 2: Click on the Settings menu > Mail > Junk Mail.
Step 3: In this section, ask your email recipients to add all your email addresses as safe email recipients (safe senders and domains).
Done.
#2 Global White List
Apart from the method above, you can also ask your email recipients to white list your domain. Ask them to do the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the https://protection.office.com/antispam.
Step 2: In the spam filter, add your domain in the section Allow List > Allow domains.
Finish.
