After years of development, in light of the release of the new KIRIM.EMAIL Automation 2.0, support for the KIRIM.EMAIL Automation 1.0 will end on December 31, 2022.
This means that beyond the specified date, you’ll no longer get any further support from the KIRIM.EMAIL team for bugs, errors, and other issues relating to the function of our Automation 1.0, both technically and non-technically. We are sorry for any inconvenience to your business.
But don’t worry! You can still use our initial automation until the new Automation 2.0 is officially released.
You can request for the Automation 2.0 feature by contacting our Technical Support and then manually transferring the automation workflows that you created previously to the new system.
Please note that the old and the new system are completely different, and both data do not intersect with each other. That’s why everything must be done manually.
